SERVICE ENTERPRISES, INC. RECOGNIZES JULIE RATH

REDWOOD FALLS, Minn. – April 25, 2005 – Service Enterprises, Inc. recently recognized Julie Rath, economic development specialist at the Redwood Area Development Corporation, with its annual Recognition Award. The award recognizes people and businesses for their exemplary support of and commitment to providing opportunities for people with barriers to employment.

“Julie is aware of SEI, and keeps our name out there,” said Donna Hanlon, SEI employment coordinator. “She took the time when she came to town to get to know SEI, and the work we do. That in itself is a good thing.” Rath has also provided SEI with numerous job leads, some of which have lead to successful work opportunities for the people served by SEI.

The framed award was presented to Rath on April 25. The award includes a quote from Eleanor Roosevelt: “Our own success, to be real, must contribute to the success of others.”

Minnesota State Patrol and Minnesota Department of Transportation in Marshall also received 2005 awards.
